Important to note: We have to have a minimum of 22 nights booked in order for them to honor our group rates (which are significantly less than what is currently available). So if we are short, we will lose the rate. It's better if we know this sooner rather than later so please book ASAP so that we will know in plenty of time if we make the minimum. |
A few more details:
- CUT-OFF DATE: You and your guests have until April 12th to make the room reservations. After this date, the rooms and rates are subject to availability.
- The first night’s room and tax is required at the time of booking as a deposit.
- Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel up to 72 hours prior to their arrival, without penalty. Inside 72 hours, the deposit will be kept.
- Outside food and beverage is prohibited within all areas of the hotel, including rooms and suites.
- Check in time starts at 3 PM, check out time is 11 AM.
- Upon check in, each room is required to put down a credit card for incidental charges – $150 authorization per day, plus any outstanding room nights and tax.
- Resort fee of $45 per day, per room, plus tax is charged upon check in.
- They cannot guarantee rooms will be on the same floor or near each other. The group code will tie our reservations together allowing the front desk to know we are traveling together. If they can put us near each other they absolutely will! They do not assign room numbers until day of arrival and it is based on availability.
